I charge a 40% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service, in addition to a deposit to rebook a future date. Late arrivals, after 15 minutes will be asked to reschedule their appointment to another day/time, out of courtesy for other clients.
